  1. Abbey Community Centre

    We run programmes for over 50s, these include: Community Time Camden (CTC), CHAPS, Kilburn Good Neighbours and Primrose Hill Neighbours Help. ACC run an under 5's drop in, a community education service which includes a class teaching English for speakers of other languages and a sewing class and an advice and self help service which includes groups for recovering alcoholics and other substance abusers.     Offers leisure and recreiational activities to African families. Includes advice, information and health promotion. Interpreting and translation service. laguagues spoken: French, Kikongo, Lingala, Swahili and Tshiluba. Located in Regents park ward.Opening Hours: Mon-fri 11.00-17.00.   3. African Swahili Community Project in the UK (ASCOP-Undugu)

    Offers advice, counselling, information and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants particularly in the fields of immigration, welfare rights, housing, health (HIV/AIDS, mental health, tropical diseases), education, training and employment. Swahili mother tongue classes for children aged 7-14. Outings for children and people from the community.

    We provide services to survivors of domestic violence as well as to children affected by violence.


  5. Casa Latino Americana

    The Latin American House is a registered Charity that aims to provide space and support for Latin Americans, Spanish and Portuguese speakers and local communities in our multicultural Kilburn.


  6. Latin American House

    Latin American House (formerly known as Latin American Association) was established in 1983 and is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. They aim to provide space and support for Latin Americans, Spanish and Portuguese speakers in London as well as for other communities in the local area of Kilburn where they are based. Latin American House provide Legal and Social Advice on family, employment and immigration and benefits, a children's nursery and other community learning such as computer and English classes.


  7. Regents Park Somali Welfare Association

    Advocacy sessions covering form filling, interpreting, housing, welfare, education and outreach services. Drop-in: Wed 10am-12noon. No appointment required. Primarily Somali speakers, but can offer support in English.


  8. The Community Support Project, Greater London

    Provide information, guidance, signposting and referals of clients especially refugees and asylum seekers and all those facing language barriers and hardship in areas of welfare benefits, housing, employment, health and education. Provide escort, leisure time occupation, interpreting and translation services on behalf of clients. Operates in Barnet, Haringey, Camden and Islington.


  9. The Refugee Council

    The Refugee Council is one of the leading charities in the UK working directly with refugees, and supporting them to rebuild their lives. We also speak up for refugees using our direct work as an evidence base, and ensure refugees have a stronger and more influential voice in decisions that will affect them. We work with a range of partners and in collaboration to ensure we can best support our clients.


  10. Total Family Coaching and Parenting

    We are a multi-lingual team offering services to ethnic minority families in their own language including Arabic, Albanian and Urdu. We offer evidence based parenting programs to families in group and 121 settings. We use a family coaching approach in working with refugee children, young people and their families to increase resilience, reduce the impact of trauma and help them reintegrate into the community.

    The Zimbabwe Community Association (ZCA) is a registered charity whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life for Zimbabweans in the United Kingdom.
