    We run programmes for over 50s, these include: Community Time Camden (CTC), CHAPS, Kilburn Good Neighbours and Primrose Hill Neighbours Help. ACC run an under 5's drop in, a community education service which includes a class teaching English for speakers of other languages and a sewing class and an advice and self help service which includes groups for recovering alcoholics and other substance abusers.     Established in 1876 Hampstead cemetery is a municipal cemetery of great historic interest and beauty. Many famous people are buried in its grounds. It provides activities such as historic walks (with the use of a digital mapstand )- some are walks organised by (KOVE) Kilburn Older Voices Exchange and private tours. Overseas visitors also seek it out and family members and friends visit regularly to tend the graves of loved ones. The FOHC strives to keep the cemetery in good repair, adding areas of unusual beauty and interest and there are religious ceremonies throughout the year in the deconsecrated chapel.

    Camden Council closed Chalk Farm Library in April 2012, as part of widespread cuts. Thanks to a massive show of local support, both in terms of financial donations and of offers to volunteer time, the library was able to re-open as Primrose Hill Community Library (“PHCL”) in mid 2012. The Library has its own Board but ultimately sits under the umbrella of the long established and highly successful Community Association. PHCL [is] open four days a week as a lending library (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday); on the other three days it will be available for commercial hire/community events.
