Financial Management on Thursday 28th November

This session is aimed at Trustees or aspiring Trustees. However, managers, coordinators and directors of VCS organisations will also benefit in attending this session. Delegates will learn about setting a budget, reading and managing the financial accounts of their organisation and they will gain skills and knowledge to maintain a healthy control of the finances. It will also touch on how change management has an influence on financial management.

  • Understanding the budgeting process
  • Identifying good financial controls
  • Reading financial accounts & increasing your confidence to manage financial change
